If you\u2019re traveling from abroad, be sure to have one or two days to adjust to European time zone and Dutch climate.<\/p>\n<h3>1st day \u2013 Opening<\/h3>\n<p>When arriving at Essence Institute, you\u2019ll be welcomed by the facilitators and meet other participants at the retreat. You\u2019ll have the opportunity to ask questions and get familiar with the grounds. In addition, there will be time for discussing your intention(s), get clear on what you\u2019re seeking from the retreat experience, and get all questions aswered.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5:00 PM \u2013 Welcome, get to know each other, focus on intention, set, setting<\/li>\n<li>7:00 PM \u2013 Dinner<\/li>\n<li>8:00 PM \u2013 Explanation ceremony and preparation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2nd day \u2013 Deep Dive<\/h3>\n<p>On your second day, you\u2019ll experience the psilocybin ceremony. In the morning, yoga and a body\/breathwork session will be offered so you can ground yourself in your body. Then, you\u2019ll get to experience a sacred ceremony where you\u2019ll be given a high dose of psilocybin-truffles. You\u2019ll be in a safe and serene setting, so you\u2019ll be able to relax and let go. The actual psilocybin experience will last between 6 \u2013 8 hours. Then, you\u2019ll head off to a late dinner.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8:00 AM \u2013 Morning practice<\/li>\n<li>9:00 AM \u2013 Breakfast<\/li>\n<li>10:00 AM \u2013 Bodywork &amp; Breathwork<\/li>\n<li>12:00 PM \u2013 Meeting Circle<\/li>\n<li>1:00 PM \u2013 Essence Xperience Ceremony<\/li>\n<li>8:00 PM \u2013 Dinner<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3rd day \u2013 Integration<\/h3>\n<p>No doubt you\u2019ll have a profound experience when you go through the Ceremony, likely tapping into more creativity, clarity, mind expansion and non-duality.
